Delivery Policy​

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email message which allows you to track your delivery. You will have the option to have your order either placed in a safe place or left with a neighbour. Please observe our Terms and Conditions for information on how to report an issue with your delivery.

Order Monday to Sunday for delivery in 2-4 working days 

 

Next Day UK Delivery - £3.55

Order Monday to Sunday for delivery in 1 working day

 

Free next-day delivery is available on orders over £50.

Return & Refunds Policy​

We hope you’re happy with your Ornamental purchase. However, if you decide it’s not quite right for you, you can return most items to us within 14 days of purchase or receiving your order, whichever is later. When making a return please be aware of the following:

 

• Items must be returned in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused and in the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resealable.

 

• For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if unopened and still within fully sealed tamper-proof packaging.

 

You can return items purchased online on our website within 14 days after purchase by complying with the conditions described on our Delivery & Returns page and filling out our Returns form. Ornamental operates with a free-return delivery policy, meaning you will have no cost when returning a product to our premises.

 

Your return and refund may take up to 10 working days to reach us and to be processed. Once processed, you will receive an email notification from us. It may take up to 5 working days for the funds to show in your account, or within 48 hours if paid with PayPal.

 

If you have not received your refund, we recommend waiting at least 10 working days from the date you sent your return back to us before contacting our Customer Service Team.
